Where does WorldExpoPro operate?
We are a truly international exhibition partner. We have a strong local presence in Germany (covering all major hubs like Frankfurt, Cologne, Munich, Berlin, Düsseldorf, and Hannover) and Turkey (Istanbul & İzmir, Antalya). Additionally, we serve clients across Europe (Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Madrid, Barcelona) and have partner operations in the USA (Las Vegas, Florida ,Miami,Chicago) and also in Dubai.
What does "Turnkey Service" actually include?
How far in advance should I contact you?
Ideally, 3 to 5 months before the show. This gives us enough time for creative design iterations and to secure early-bird rates for fairground services (like electricity). However, we are experts in last-minute solutions as well—if your deadline is tight, contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
Do you charge for stand designs?
No. We offer a complementary preliminary 3D design and quotation. We believe you should see our vision for your brand before making a financial commitment.
What types of stands do you build?
We specialize in three categories:
Bespoke (Custom Wooden) Stands: Unique designs tailored 100% to your brand identity.
Modular & System Stands: Cost-effective, reusable, and eco-friendly aluminum-based structures (including Maxima).
Hybrid Stands: The best of both worlds—combining the premium look of wood with the efficiency of modular systems.
"Turnkey" means we handle the entire process so you can focus on your business. Our service includes:
Consultation & Strategy: Understanding your brand goals.
3D Design: Bespoke visualization of your booth.
Production: Manufacturing in our workshops (Wood, Metal, Acrylic etc...).
Logistics: Transporting materials to the fairground.
Paperwork: Handling technical forms, static calculations, and electricity/water applications with the organizer.
Installation & Dismantling: Full assembly and teardown.

Can you build eco-friendly or sustainable stands?
Yes. As per the latest 2026 trends, we offer "Eco-Chic" solutions using recycled materials, FSC-certified wood, reusable fabrics, and low-energy LED lighting systems to reduce your carbon footprint without sacrificing style.
Who handles the technical permissions with the Fair Organizer?
We do. German and European trade fairs (like Messe Frankfurt or Messe München) have strict regulations regarding static stability, fire safety (B1 certification), and height restrictions. Our project managers handle all technical approvals and form submissions on your behalf.
What happens if there is an issue during the fair?
Will I have a dedicated contact person?
Absolutely. You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager who speaks your language. They will be your single point of contact from the initial design phase until the final handover on the fairground.
We don't just leave after building. A technical support team remains on standby (or on-site, depending on the project size) throughout the exhibition to handle any electrical issues, cleaning needs, or last-minute adjustments.
Do you offer storage services after the fair?
Yes. If you plan to exhibit again in Europe ,Turkey, USA or Dubai we can dismantle your stand, pack it professionally, and store it in our secure warehouses in Germany, Istanbul, Las Vegas or in Dubai. This significantly reduces costs for your next event.
(Budget & Payment) How is the cost of a stand calculated?
Pricing depends on three main factors:
Size: The total square meters ($m^2$) of your booked space.
Complexity: The materials used (custom carpentry is more expensive than modular systems) and AV technology (LED walls, etc.).
Location: Logistics costs vary depending on the city.
